SUMMARY:Improving efficiencies in winning work – PQQs & ITTs
DESCRIPTION:Speaker:  Leonie Thomas\, associate\, Marketing Works \nThe event will help contractors and consultants consider whether there are opportunities to improve their own companies’ behaviours\, approaches and activities in developing efficiencies around their winning-work process and in particular PQQ and ITT responses. \nFollowing a presentation of findings from MarketingWorks’ 2014 bid cost survey\, the audience will be given an opportunity to develop an understanding of their organisations’ bid costs\, current conversion rates and the impact this has on a business’s profitability. The role of selectivity tools when deciding which opportunities to pursue will then be discussed. \nThe session will be rounded off with the audience undertaking a self-review of their own perceived work-winning strengths and weaknesses in PQQ and proposal writing.
