In 2023\, he insourced soft FM services\, creating 1\,750 NHS jobs. His strategic vision enhances operations and fosters continuous improvement. \nMichelle Waddicor\, MCIOB\, Head of Capital Projects\, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust\nMichelle oversees the Estates and Facilities Capital Programme at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust\, having joined in 2020 after working as a consultant Project Manager. She leads key improvements at Stepping Hill Hospital\, including the £34m Emergency and Urgent Care Campus. Passionate about quality and patient-focused care\, she is committed to making a positive impact on people’s lives. \nIan Wright\, Assistant Director\, Estates and Facilities\, Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals \nIan recently joined Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals from Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust\, where he played a key role in managing major projects including the new Same Day Emergency Car Centre. With extensive experience in estate operations\, he focuses on creating efficient\, patient-centred environments across the hospital network. \nSuzanne MacCormick\, Clinical Planner and Healthcare Specialist\, Spencer Harrison \nSuzanne is a clinical planner and clinician focused on delivering clinical excellence. She helps global clients create efficient clinical models that shape healthcare environments\, integrating design with optimal service flow.
