Andrew is an experienced business development and marketing professional with 34 years of industry experience, including the last 13 years with Tilbury Douglas. He has recently joined the Constructing Excellence Manchester committee.

He is responsible for developing and delivering sector and client focused business plans, driving sustainable growth across Manchester and the North West. Andrew has built a strong network of clients and consultants who value Tilbury Douglas’ collaborative approach and shared commitment to innovation and social value.

Andrew is Vice Chair of the Greater Manchester Chamber Property and Construction Group. In this role, he co leads the construction clubs across Greater Manchester, working with Steve Williamson to promote best practice, strengthen industry collaboration and create meaningful connections for Chamber members.
