This seminar, with Tony Woodford of BRE, will consider the whole life issues and choices which need to be informed by these considerations and look at the latest guidance to help us to understand the process of responsible sourcing and specification of products used in the construction industry, considering a framework for the organisational governance, supply chain management and environmental and social aspects that must be addressed in order to ensure their effective delivery.
Our first event of 2019 will look at the recently launched digital tool "The Quality Tracker" by the RIBA, CIOB and RICS.
Over the next 25 years it is expected that around 650,000 houses will be built in the North of England with £75bn investment planned.
